  • Who are Meraki professional?
    Meraki Professional Nail Systems have been formulated to the highest standard. Our brand has been created by nail techs and each product has been tested over and over again to ensure it meets the benchmark! Our passion for excellence has driven us from the beginning, and continues to drive us into the future. The team at Meraki Professional knows that every product counts towards the end result.   • Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
    Yes of course! We love furry friends! None of our products are tested on animals. Meraki Professional is fully compliant with all EU regulations! Animal Testing is banned for cosmetics!! Alleluia!
  • Are your products 5 free?
    Yes they are, they do not contain formaldehyde or formaldehyde resin, toluene, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) or camphor.
  • What is Extreme shine top coat?
    A long lasting shine top coat! Our extreme shine top coat has been develop for long lasting shine for your clients!
  • What is builder base?
    Our builder base is a gel polish base designed for extra adhesion to weaker nails, helps fill in ridges and provide extra strength. It is thicker than our regular base and can be used under gel polish and also our under our builder gel for extra adhesion! What is the difference between builder base and regular base Builder base is a slightly thicker base coat designed to provide extra strength to the natural nail.
  • How long do you cure the products for?
    Our products need to be cured for 60 seconds in a minimum 48W LED lamp or 2 minutes in a UV lamp.
  • How do I apply the products?

  • How many uses will I get out of each product?
    This depends on the length of your clients nails and how many coats you do. On average you will get 75 sets from each bottle of colour gel.
  • Why are heat spikes experienced during curing?
    Heat spikes can be experienced with all brands. A heat Spike is a sharp hot sensation on the nail plate. It can be experienced if the clients natural nails are weak, thin or over filled. We recommend the low power out put mode on our led lamp If your client experiences heat spikes. Click here to watch our YouTube video on heat spikes.

  • Where do your training courses take place?
    Our courses take pace at our state of the art academy in Glanmire Co.Cork.
  • Are your courses accredited?
    Yes all of our courses are fully accredited, meaning you can gain insurance on completion.
  • Do you sell your nail kits to other academies?
    Yes of course! Get in touch with us!
  • How long does delivery take?
    Delivery within the republic of ireland usually takes 1-2 days. However this may vary depending on FASTWAY COURIERS.
  • What regions do you deliver to?
    Right now we only ship within the republic of ireland. We are working on expanding our brand to distributors in your area.
  • How do I make a return?
    If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Once we receive your item within 14 days we will process your refund deducting shipping and handling charges. You will be responsible for all return costs. If for some reason we feel your products have been opened we will not process refunds.
